Creative Content Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Content Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity for a creative professional who is deeply passionate about slot games and digital content.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content across all of our major social media channels. Your goal will be to drive brand awareness and maintain a consistent, dynamic presence that aligns with our business goals and upcoming milestones.
Location: Hybrid - approximately once per week in our Central London office.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Content Production & Campaign Management
- Manage the comprehensive content calendar for both B2C (social cadence, engagement) and B2B (PR, thought leadership).
- Oversee and write high-impact copy for B2C (social media ads, interactive posts, and articles maintaining the authentic player-first voice) and B2B channels (press releases, whitepapers, case studies, and sales pitch copy).
- Manage the end-to-end execution of B2B campaigns, including drafting email copy, building landing pages for events, and coordinating PR distribution.
- Plan and execute non-monetary B2C initiatives (competitions, giveaways, polls) to drive community participation.
- Develop a high volume of unique and engaging marketing content, including animations, images, and audio, in order to maintain consistent brand presence.
- Define, monitor, and optimise key performance indicators (KPIs) including CPC, CPA, and ROI for B2C campaigns, and lead conversion rates for B2B campaigns.
- Design the strategy for the ABCD Creative Framework (Re-skins, Derivatives, Unique, Curveball), directing the creative team on which B2C assets to scale and which B2B concepts to build based on measurable performance data.
- Proactively design and manage content campaigns (e.g., gated whitepapers, event landing pages, targeted email shots) that deliver qualified leads directly to the Account Management team.
- Utilise data platforms like Snowflake to identify winning player trends and competitive commercial opportunities.
- Use your knowledge of data and analytics to track content performance, understand what resonates with our audience, and iterate on your creative strategy to do better.
- Act as the strategic manager for the Graphic Designer and Video Editor, providing clear, data-informed briefs to ensure all visual and video assets align with campaign goals.
- Translate Account Management and new market initiatives into actionable content plans and sales enablement assets.
- Continuously evaluate new social channels and industry trends, developing actionable proposals for adoption based on potential ROI.
- Demonstrated success running both B2C performance marketing campaigns and B2B content marketing initiatives, preferably within slots/iGaming.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality written content across technical (whitepapers) and promotional (social ad) formats.
- A proven track record of producing a high volume of creative content, proficiency with industry-standard tools for animation, graphic design, and audio production (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Expert ability to read and interpret marketing performance data (CPC, CPL, ROI, CTR). Experience working with data warehousing or analytics platforms like Snowflake.
- Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta/Google Ads), marketing automation/CRM tools (HubSpot), and SEO principles for content optimisation.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data and commercial needs into effective creative briefs and compelling narratives.
