The Role
As Country Manager for Italy, you will be the face of Push Gaming in one of our most important regulated markets. You’ll drive growth by leading commercial relationships, shaping our market strategy, and ensuring Push Gaming is the partner of choice for Italian operators. This role requires a mix of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and strong stakeholder management.
Location: Hybrid in either Malta or UK, with travel required as part of the role.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience/achievements.
What you’ll be doing:
Market Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute Push Gaming’s strategy for Italy, aligned with global business objectives.
Identify opportunities to grow market share and revenue in the regulated Italian market.
Monitor competitor activity, regulatory developments, and market trends to inform decision-making.
Commercial Leadership
Manage and expand relationships with key operator partners in Italy.
Negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring long-term, profitable partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Account Management) to deliver exceptional client service.
Brand & Market Representation
Represent Push Gaming at industry events, conferences, and local associations in Italy.
Champion the Push Gaming brand, ensuring strong visibility and reputation in the market.
Act as the go-to subject matter expert on the Italian iGaming landscape within the business.
Operational Excellence
Provide regular reporting and insights on market performance and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements in collaboration with the Compliance team.
Drive cross-functional projects to localise product and marketing initiatives for Italian audiences.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in a senior commercial or country manager role within the iGaming industry, with strong knowledge of the Italian market.
Established network of operator contacts in Italy.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
Excellent knowledge of Italian iGaming regulations and market dynamics.
Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute and deliver results.
Native-level Italian and fluent English (both written and spoken).
Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and internal team collaboration.
