Join our Product Delivery Team within our growing Product Department in the role of Product Coordinator. You will work with our game teams, helping them deliver their games to Push’s high standards. As part of the Product Delivery team, you will benefit from the opportunity to grow and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Location: Remote/hybrid but you must be based in Poland.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide daily support and assistance to project teams.
- Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating ceremonies, tracking progress, and supporting agile delivery.
- Coordinate and maintain project documentation across various systems.
- Oversee and coordinate the game release process, ensuring timely and successful launches.
- Support translations and localisation processes across projects.
- Help teams manage and track game roadmaps and wider product portfolio.
- Monitor team communications and proactively offer support where needed.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Delivery Manager and Senior Product Coordinator to meet project objectives.
- Be ready to handle a variety of administrative and project-related tasks efficiently.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 1+ years of Scrum Master experience, ideally across multiple product teams.
- 1+ years of Project Management/Project Coordination experience.
- Strong organisational skills with proven experience in administrative and coordination work (logistics, release management, documentation).
- Knowledge of project management paradigms: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
- Proven experience in managing releases, translations, and product roadmaps.
- Experience in the iGaming sector is a plus.
- Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages is a strong benefit.
- Excellent proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Intermediate proficiency in Jira and Lucidchart.
- Experience with ClickUp is a significant advantage, as it is our primary project management tool.
- Proactive and hands-on professional with strong attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to foster collaboration and ensure smooth delivery across multiple teams.
