Join our Product Delivery Team within our growing Product Department in the role of Games Production and Delivery Coordinator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth delivery pipelines, and driving certification and release readiness for our games.
Location: Remote/hybrid but you must be based in Poland.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- General
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery of project deliverables, monitor progress, and facilitate agile ceremonies.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and consistent project documentation across multiple tools and systems.
- Support a variety of administrative and project-related tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating ceremonies, tracking progress, and supporting agile delivery.
- Specific
- Oversee the end-to-end game certification and release lifecycle, ensuring roadmaps remain accurate and launches are delivered on time
- Manage translations, documentation (e.g., screenshots) required for certification and release processes
- Contribute to reporting, roadmap reviews, and ongoing process improvement initiatives
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Mid-level experience (2+ years) in a coordination or delivery-focused role such as Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, or Project Manager, managing multiple teams or projects
- Exceptional organisational skills with proven expertise in project administration and coordination
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Waterfall
- Experience in the iGaming sector is a plus
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Proficiency in Jira and ClickUp (primary project management tool)
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to ensure seamless delivery across teams
