Senior Product Owner (RGS Integrations)

We are looking to hire a Senior Product Owner for RGS Integrations, responsible for defining, prioritising, and overseeing the development of operator integrations with Push Gaming. This role requires a deep understanding of technical integration processes, strong product management skills, and the ability to effectively manage projects from conception to completion.
You will act as the primary liaison between internal development teams and the partner's technical teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and successful execution of integration initiatives. Once live, you will be expected to support our Account management team with day-to-day support on technical matters related directly to the integration.
Location: remote/hybrid in UK, Poland, Malta or Spain.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
What you will be doing:
- Backlog Management & Prioritisation:
- Define detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for all integration features.
- Own and manage the integration product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritised, and communicated.
- Prioritise features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic importance.
- Work closely with development teams to refine backlog items and ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
- Drive initiatives to improve the efficiency of our integration process to meet the goal that Push Gaming is the easiest and fastest game supplier to integrate with.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all integration-related matters between Push Gaming and the operators.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal development teams, QA, operations, compliance and the partner's technical teams.
- Own the change management process throughout, collating information from various sources, ensuring any documentation is comprehensive and challenging where there may be gaps.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for integration projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Understanding:
- Possess a strong understanding of API integrations, data transfer protocols, and common integration patterns in the gaming industry.
- Collaborate with technical architects and engineers to ensure the feasibility and optimal design of integration solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to software integrations.
- Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for our integrations and monitor their performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Work closely with QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive testing of all integrations.
- Review test results and provide feedback to ensure the quality and stability of integrated systems.
What you will bring to the role:
- Strong and proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a strong focus on software integrations.
- Proven experience managing integrations between different companies or platforms, ideally within the gaming sector.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience of using project management tools such as ClickUp or Jira.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with API design and implementation is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, is preferred.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
