As we continue to expand in regulated markets, we’re looking for a driven leader to head up our Business Development function.
We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Business Development / Business Development Director to lead our BD efforts globally, with a focus on regulated markets. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing and executing a clear business development strategy, managing distribution partnerships, and building a high-performing team.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Develop, refine, and own Push Gaming’s global business development plan.
- Identify and prioritise growth opportunities in existing and emerging regulated markets.
- Lead commercial negotiations with operators.
- Build, mentor, and lead a small but effective Business Development team.
- Set clear goals and ensure the team delivers against revenue and expansion targets.
- Manage and grow key partnerships with distributors and platform partners.
- Ensure optimal commercial and technical onboarding of new clients.
- Keep up to date with market trends and regulatory developments.
- Build and maintain strong networks within the industry.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a senior Business Development leadership role within the iGaming industry.
- Strong track record of success in driving commercial growth, particularly in regulated markets.
- Experience managing teams and leading through influence and collaboration.
- Deep understanding of content distribution channels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think big and execute effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel regularly for industry events and client meetings.
Location: remote/hybrid in UK, Malta, Gibraltar, IoM or Spain. Regular travel will be a part of the role.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
