The role
We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our growing team, dealing with US Market Entry. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion into the US market, a key strategic initiative for Push Gaming.
In this role, you'll play a significant part in driving our US market entries. Working closely with our Programme Manager, you'll lead US-focused projects and contribute to the ongoing development of our project framework.
Location: Remote/hybrid but you must be based in any of the following - UK, Poland, Malta.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the go-to person, owning and managing all aspects of US market entry projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within local regulations, within budget, and to a high standard, from kick-off to successful completion.
- Act as the right hand to the Programme Manager, providing support and expertise on project management best practices and its implementation.
- Manage the full project lifecycle for assigned US market entry initiatives, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure.
- Work hand-in-hand with diverse teams across the company, including Development, Product, QA, Regulatory, and Business Development, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Gather requirements, develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage project risks and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues with teams involved in the project.
- Track project progress, maintain clear and concise documentation, and report on project performance.
- Proactively communicate and share project updates, blockers, and dependencies to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support teams with clarifications and guidance
- Ensure efficient project execution by fostering a culture of organisation. This includes leading meetings, taking clear and concise notes, and preparing comprehensive agendas to keep all participants informed and on track.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- You will be a strong and organised project manager, with experience of working in iGaming.
- Experience of the US iGaming market would be advantageous.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proactive and independent - takes initiative, anticipates needs, and works autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Confident and motivated - driven to achieve goals, presents ideas with confidence, and thrives under pressure.
- Team player and problem solver - collaborates well with others, supports the team, and approaches challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Detail oriented and communicative - ensures accuracy with a strong focus on quality, communicates clearly, and conveys complex information effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Efficiently manages multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining high productivity and quality.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across various departments.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in applying them to software development projects.
- Experience in project management and communication tools (etc. ClickUp, Google Docs, Slack, Lucid, Emails).
